TNDDA welcomes the occasion to provide Sponsors a Forum to introduce their business plan and product offerings. Sponsor Registration Sponsor Registration Fees
- $7,750 for one Sponsor Attendee
- $625 for each additional Sponsor Attendee
Premium Sponsorship includes sponsorship of a banquet special event, premium sponsorship signage with your logo, recognition in the conference agenda, special call on presentation time and preferred sponsor exhibit placement:
- Platinum: $1,250, Saturday Night Dinner and 1st call on presentation time
- Gold : $1,000, Friday Night Reception and 2nd call on presentation time
- Silver: $750.00, Saturday Lunch and 3rd call on presentation time
- Bronze: $500.00, Sat. & Sun. Breakfasts and 4th call on presentation time

Conference Details
Sponsor Presentations are 25 minutes in length and are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. A 5 minute follow up presentation will occur on Sunday. Save your Power Point presentations on a flash drive and bring to the conference.
Audio Visual support will be provided for your use - including a labtop and NEC XGA Projector with video and sound capabilities.
Sponsor Exhibits will be held in a separate meeting room on Friday & Saturday. Sponsors will each be given a 6' draped table for table top displays, signs & sponsor materials. Exhibits Set-up time is Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Exhibits Tear-down time is Saturday 4:00:00 PM. Please bring your Fed-X or UPS Senders Account Number & labels to ship packages home.
Hotel Room Reservations are made by TNDDA and are at the expense of the Sponsor upon check-out. Group rates per room per night at Four Seasons Dallas are $179 + $10 resort fee and applicable taxes. Room rate will hold for 3 days before and after the Conference, and are subject to availability. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Hotel Room Cancellations require 72 hours notice to AVOID cancellation penalty of one night's room rate.
Transportation to and from the Conference is the responsibility of the Attendee.
Meals are complimentary. Attire is Business Casual.
